My native country, Hungary is rich in natural freshwaters.
Our biggest and most famous lake is Balaton (592 km2). The lake has a beautiful landscape and it attracts many tourists every year, more and more foreign people.
The north shore is framed by volcanic mountains and famous for it's vineries. The south shore is shallower and has the best view to the mesmerizing sunset above the mountains of the north shore.
Since I was born we spend all the summers in Siófok where we have a little house which my grandparents had bought in the '50s.
